Job summary

Oklo Inc. is seeking a hands‑on Network Systems Technician to maintain and secure our network infrastructure, endpoints, and on‑site IT systems.

This on‑site role in Santa Clara, CA requires troubleshooting across offices, labs, and collaboration spaces with a focus on reliable connectivity and user support. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Network Technician, IT Support, Systems Technician, or similar role.
• Networking certifications such as CompTIA Network+, A+, Security+, CCNA or equivalent.
• Hands‑on experience supporting network infrastructure and endpoint connectivity.
• Working knowledge of macOS, Linux (Ubuntu), and Windows operating systems.
• Experience supporting A/V systems and on‑site IT environments.
• Must be a “U.S. Person” under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) and local to Santa Clara, CA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain wired and wireless network infrastructure, including switches, access points, firewalls, and cabling.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues across endpoints, conference rooms, labs, and office environments.
• Configure VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing as needed.
• Support VPN and secure remote access solutions in coordination with IT/Cyber team.
• Provide hands‑on endpoint support for macOS, Ubuntu/Linux, and Windows.
• Document network diagrams, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
