Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience in an office environment.
• Experience with endpoint troubleshooting (macOS and Windows).
• Strong customer‑service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate network performance and document findings.
• Resolve end-user connectivity issues on-site.
• Install and configure network devices and A/V systems.
• Provide on-site support during office launch and for ongoing needs.
• Coordinate with ISP and MSPs to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Handle tickets using ITSM tool.
