Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a hands-on On-site Installation Technician to lead field installation efforts and document results in our ticketing and knowledgebase systems. You will troubleshoot basic to advanced network issues for end-users and enterprise customers, and assist with equipment testing and configuration.

Strong documentation and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment in Atlanta, GA. Requires a high school diploma and solid networking basics (TCP/IP, DHCP, Wi-Fi, Ethernet).

Qualifications

• Basic networking knowledge and ability to troubleshoot onsite equipment.
• Strong documentation and typing skills are required.
• Experience working in a fast-paced 24x7x365 environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site installation process performed by field technician and document results
• Perform basic to advanced network troubleshooting of onsite equipment for end-users and enterprise customers
• Document, update, and maintain installation results in support cases in the ticketing and knowledgebase systems
• Assist with equipment testing and configuration
