Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure. You will diagnose and resolve complex issues on-site and remotely, while supporting customers and internal teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with Layer 2/3 networks and strong troubleshooting. You will mentor field technicians and participate in upgrades and preventative maintenance. This position is based in Tempe, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in the field
• Minimum 6 years installing, integrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise network systems
• Certifications preferred (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+/Security+)

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform installation, configuration, integration, repair, upgrade, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Serve as escalation point for complex or unresolved network issues.
• Perform advanced on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting of connectivity, hardware, power, and configuration issues.
• Provide direct onsite and remote technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and participate in scheduled upgrades, emergency response, and preventative maintenance activities.
• Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to Field Technicians.
