Job summary

Qualifications

• Citizenship: US citizen.
• Security clearance: TS/SCI is required and must be maintainable.
• Certifications: DoDD 8140.03 Cyberspace Workforce, CompTIA Network+.
• Education: High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience: Seven (7) years of directly related experience; SolarWinds experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Network Tier 1 support to multiple DoD and AF networks.
• Coordinate with users and sites; perform system administration on AD networks.
• Operate SolarWinds and other government-furnished software suites for real-time troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with AFNOC, NOD, 26th NOG, Det 2, and NSD security directives.
