Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on network support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN and network connectivity.
• Experience with switches, routers, wireless access points, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical resource for network incidents and requests.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching issues.
• Diagnose performance, configuration, and security problems using systematic methods.
• Escalate complex incidents to internal resources or vendors when needed.
• Document troubleshooting activities and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
• Monitor network health, availability, and performance using monitoring tools.
• Install, configure, and maintain enterprise network equipment and VLANs.
• Provide after-hours or weekend support for significant incidents.
