Job summary

Sage Hill School is seeking a Network Systems Engineer to maintain and enhance the school network, including endpoints, servers, LANs, WANs, and related systems. The role supports Helpdesk tickets and employee device deployment, staying current on hardware and software trends.

Under the supervision of the Director of Technology and Network Systems Manager, you will assist with documentation, security management, project planning, and collaboration with the Technology Team to ensure reliable,

Qualifications

Minimum two years of college-level or trade school education in a computer-related field.
At least five years of demonstrated experience with network technologies and protocols.
Experience supporting Windows and Mac desktops and mobile OSs (iOS/Android).
Strong communication and customer service skills for a school environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain wired and wireless networking environments including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
Monitor network and system logs for reliability and security.
Configure security settings and user provisioning across systems.
Plan and execute technology projects with minimal disruption to functions.
Provide Helpdesk support and assist with device deployment for staff.
