Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Minneapolis is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for the Uptown Lake multifamily community. You will support the Property Manager with operations, leasing, budgeting, marketing, and resident relations to keep the property market-ready and profitable.

The role requires on-site presence, strong customer service, Yardi experience, and teamwork to lead the on-site staff. A degree is preferred; CRM tools like Rent Cafe or Knock are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years on-site Multifamily Property Management experience required, including leasing, resident support, and rent collection / delinquency duties.
• Yardi systems experience required.
• Strong preference for CRM, Rent Cafe, Knock.
• On-site schedule 9:30-6:00 Mon-Thurs, and 9:00-5:00 Fri.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist the Property Manager with leasing, budgeting, marketing and operations.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to boost renewals and revenue.
• Maintain residents' files and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Lead and develop the on-site team and ensure C&W policies are followed.
• Manage the community budget and finances; work with leasing staff to hit goals.
