Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager for a 153-unit multifamily community in Golden Valley, MN. The role oversees on-site operations, budgeting, lease administration, and staff leadership to deliver market-ready performance and strong resident service.

You will mentor leasing, maintenance, and customer service teams, drive occupancy and revenue, review marketing efforts, and ensure policy compliance. On-site schedule Mon-Fri, with on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• MN Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of on-site Multifamily Property Management experience required. Strong preference for 1+ years at Property Manager level.
• Yardi systems experience required. Strong preference for CRM, Knock, Ops Tech systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and vendor contracts.
• Provide superior service to residents and drive renewals and profitability.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing on-site team including leasing and maintenance.
• Manage the community budget, expenses, and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with leasing staff to meet leasing/marketing targets.
