Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-site Multifamily Property Management experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• MN Real Estate License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the on-site community including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and collections.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to maximize renewals and revenue.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing on-site team across leasing, maintenance, and management.
