Job summary

Leoforce seeks an experienced Project Manager for multifamily construction projects, from 100‑unit communities to 24‑story high‑rises with retail. You’ll be the main liaison with General Contractors, own submittals, budgets, and subcontractor coordination, and ensure on‑time turnover.

This on‑site role requires 4+ years of PM experience in multifamily settings, strong communication, and ability to manage budgets and schedules across the DMV region.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in multifamily construction.
• Knowledge of submittals, RFIs, change orders, and budgets.
• Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface with General Contractors, owners, architects, and engineers.
• Manage the full submittal process with product data, shop drawings, and major equipment submittals.
• Coordinate scope, buyout, and pricing negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Create and distribute RFIs and change orders, and identify out-of-scope work.
• Keep as-built drawings current with clarifications and directives.
• Manage the project budget by controlling expenses and billings.
• Lead and document subcontractor coordination and internal meetings.
• Work with Project Accountant on compliance requirements.
• Handle closeout documents and turnover documentation.
• Support field operations and resolve project issues.
