Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface between client, team, subcontractors, suppliers, and field operations.
• Oversee submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and procurement.
• Monitor budgets, schedule, and cost control throughout project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation and records for all stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners to drive project success.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of multifamily construction projects.
