Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking a Project Manager with hands-on experience on apartment communities, 3+ stories, ground-up builds, capable of delivering $15M–$50M projects from bid to close-out. You will own budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and the day-to-day operations on a live multifamily site.

The role requires independent work ethic, strong communication with architects, owners, and field teams, and frequent status reporting to ownership and investors.

Qualifications

• Documented experience as a Project Manager on apartment projects, 3+ stories.
• Comfortable running budgets in the $15M to $50M range.
• Solid grip on multifamily construction methods and quality standards.
• Independent worker who still collaborates well with a team.
• Know residential codes and can adjust schedules without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Owning the project from bid and award through pre-construction, construction, and close-out.
• Managing budgets, schedules, subs, and the day to day chaos of a live multifamily site.
• Coordinating directly with architects, designers, owners, and field teams.
• Running regular status meetings and keeping the team honest on progress.
• Managing subcontracts, change orders, buyouts, and the paper trail.
• Catching issues that could lead to disputes and claims early.
• Putting together status reports for ownership and investors.
