SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Multifamily to maintain residential communities on-site. You will perform routine and emergency repairs, make-ready unit turns, and preventive maintenance to uphold safety and resident satisfaction.

The role requires teamwork, basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and availability for on-call rotation. Join a dedicated team focused on service, quality, and asset preservation.

Formación

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Must be able to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Availability for on-call rotation and flexible scheduling as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential units and common areas.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including painting, patching, and cleaning units.
• Inspect HVAC systems and replace filters; ensure units meet market-ready standards.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment and property systems.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and mechanical systems; identify and report potential issues before they become major repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of grounds, amenities, and common areas; assist with trash removal and seasonal upkeep.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as OSHA, ADA, and Fair Housing regulations; use PPE and maintain records of work orders.
• Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with residents; communicate maintenance timelines and updates.
