Job summary

SunRidge Management Group Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily communities. The role involves maintaining residential units, performing preventative tasks, and handling on-call duties to ensure safety and resident satisfaction.

You will work closely with the Property Manager to prepare units, manage repairs, and uphold high standards of property upkeep across common areas and individual homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance preferred.
• HVAC certification required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair independently.
• Able to follow directions and work in a team.
• On-call rotation availability and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential units and common areas
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general building systems
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
