Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Port Orange, FL. This role focuses on keeping homes safe, comfortable, and well-maintained, handling service requests, and preparing units for new residents with attention to detail.

You will work on a variety of tasks from repairs to preventative maintenance, while adhering to company standards and safety practices. The position requires physical capability, weekend availability, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience OR technical trade school
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and perform frequent physical activity
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Must own basic maintenance tools
• Experience/training in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and refurbishing required
• EPA Certification required (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist with making-ready units and ensuring vacancies are prepared within timelines
• Respond to resident needs and service requests promptly and professionally
• Inspect units at move-in/move-out and document deductions
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA/MSDS documentation
• Complete work orders and reports accurately and on time
• Coordinate with Service Manager and team; attend meetings and trainings
