Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience supporting ground-up multifamily or mixed-use projects.
• Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; fast-paced field work.

Responsibilities

• Support superintendent in daily on-site construction operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor quality and compliance.
• Assist with project scheduling and sequencing of trades.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and participate in safety meetings.
• Track daily progress and maintain accurate field reports.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for field execution.
• Assist with inspections and ensure work meets project requirements.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics.
• Communicate effectively with project team, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Identify and help resolve field issues and conflicts.
• Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Support punch list completion and project closeout activities.
