Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience with a commercial GC or developer-builder.
• Proven experience leading ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, or large commercial projects.
• Strong leadership of superintendents, field engineers, and subcontractors.
• Expertise in scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Experience overseeing safety programs and high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations on projects valued at $50M+.
• Manage and mentor superintendents, field engineers, and subcontractors.
• Plan construction scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Oversee safety programs and maintain high safety standards.
• Coordinate subcontractor work, quality control, and inspection processes.
• Drive project schedules and resolve field-level issues to maintain milestones.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and ownership teams.
• Ensure adherence to construction documents, specifications, and building codes.
