Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience as a residential community/property manager or leadership role in related industry.
• Experience with property management software; Entrata experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software to complete required reports.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• This position is fully on-site and requires working from the assigned property five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and support to team members, ensuring each role has tools and resources to meet expectations.
• Helps develop budgets by analyzing financial statements and marketing information.
• Meets targeted revenues by setting rent rates and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approves vendor invoices and reconciles payments for services and products.
• Controls expenditures within the approved budget and manages petty cash.
• Oversees lease enforcement, renewals, inspections, notices, and evictions as needed.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Ensures maintenance teams meet standards and respond to requests.
• Conducts property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Assists in client/owner relationships with property updates and tours.
