Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HUD EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; familiarity with Fair Housing laws is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of office staff and maintenance supervisor; oversee leasing and occupancy.
• Manage budgets, collections, and operating within financial guidelines.
• Ensure safety compliance and professional conduct across the community; respond to resident needs and inquiries.
