Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily multifamily operations on-site. You will assist the Property Manager with leasing, rent collection, financial reporting, and resident service, stepping in during absences to oversee community operations.

Requirements include at least 1 year in multifamily property management or leasing, knowledge of OneSite/Yardi and MS Office, and familiarity with applicable housing regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in multifamily property management or leasing.
• Familiarity with state lease documents, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations, generate reports on leasing, occupancy and finances.
• Process rents, deposits, notices, and assist in collections or legal actions as needed.
• Lead tours, lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and coordinate marketing initiatives.
