Job summary

SunRidge Management Group seeks a Property Manager for a multifamily community on-site. You will lead daily operations, direct leasing, maintenance, and staff while coordinating with the AVP to align with ownership expectations.

The role requires at least 3 years in multifamily management, strong leadership, and proficiency with OneSite or Yardi. This full-time on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of state lease documents, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
Proficiency with property management systems (OneSite/Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Oversee leasing activity, applications, and lease paperwork to ensure compliance.
Monitor market trends and complete regular market surveys to stay competitive.
Implement property-specific marketing plans to meet occupancy goals.
Promote exceptional customer service and timely response to resident concerns and service requests.
Partner with maintenance to ensure units are market-ready and inspections are conducted.
