Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a multifamily community on-site. You will drive leasing performance, maintain resident relations, and oversee financials, maintenance, and compliance.

You will mentor the Assistant Manager and coordinate with the AVP to align community goals with ownership expectations. Weekend readiness is occasional. The role emphasizes service, safety, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of state lease documents, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
• Proficient in property management systems (OneSite/Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations at the multifamily community, including leasing, collections, renewals, resident satisfaction, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations including Fair Housing, ADA, and property code requirements.
• Communicate property performance and needs to AVP on a regular basis.
• Train and mentor the on-site team, including Assistant Manager, leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff.
• Oversee leasing activity, ensure lease paperwork compliance, and monitor occupancy performance.
