Qualifications

• 2–5 years in asset management or financial analysis in real estate.

• Experience with RealPage/Yardi/MRI/AppFolio.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to present financials to executives.

Responsibilities

• Asset Performance & Financial Analysis: Analyze portfolio financial performance, NOI, revenue, occupancy, operating expenses, cash flow, ROI.
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Asset Planning: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and capital budgets; analyze variances.
• Market & Investment Analysis: Conduct market research and underwriting for new opportunities.
• Collaboration & Strategic Support: Partner with Property Management and Accounting for reporting and improvements.
• Systems & Data Management: Extract and analyze data from property systems and maintain data integrity.
