The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or Finance, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Business Intelligence and AI platforms is a plus.

Reporting directly to the Founder and Managing Partner, the Senior Multifamily Asset Management Analyst will assist in the review and analysis of property operational and financial reports to ensure income and expense performance, revenue growth, and expense control. This person will be responsible for utilizing Business Intelligence and AI-First platforms to evaluate and monitor operational performance. This is a support role with responsibilities to include monitoring the assets, establishing and maintaining relationships with outside parties (leasing agents, brokers, property managers, contractors, partners, tenants, vendors, etc.), formulating and executing business plans for assets, and analysis of operational issues.
The Senior Multifamily Asset Management Analyst will focus on supporting Asset Management to preserve and enhance asset performance. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
