Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our corporate Finance team in Green Bay, WI. This on-site role supports multi-state payroll operations, ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across locations, serving more than 1,500 employees.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and able to collaborate with HR and Finance leadership. Knowledge of UKG Pro administration, payroll tax rules, and process improvements will help optimize payroll and HR

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of payroll experience required.
• Experience with multi-state payroll tax requirements preferred.
• Working knowledge of federal and state labor laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for multiple states and locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review payroll records for compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Apply multi-state payroll tax knowledge for withholding and reporting.
• Process wage garnishments, levies, and other deductions as required.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with UKG administration and system enhancements.
• Train managers and employees on payroll and HR processes.
• Support overall UKG administration across the organization.
