Job summary

Great Wolf Resorts is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage full-cycle, multi-state payroll for 12,000+ Pack Members across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and on-time pay. You will import timekeeping, balance adjustments, collaborate with HR and Finance, resolve discrepancies, prepare payroll journals, and support audits, while upholding confidentiality and service excellence.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with UKG/Ultipro is preferred, and flexibility to meet payroll

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume, multi-state environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and attitude.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely, accurate multi-state, full-cycle payroll processing.
• Importing and balancing timekeeping information and adjustments.
• Review timesheets and communicate with directors for approvals.
• Work with lodge HR and Finance teams; resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Process payroll journal entries, wage attachments, and tax documents.
• Provide ad hoc reports and assist audits and inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and improve processes.
