The role emphasizes safety, budget adherence, and timely service delivery, with after-hours availability. A CAMT and CPO certification are preferred, along with strong English communication and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience or equivalent.
• 6+ months of supervisory experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proficient in unit turns and appliance repair.
• Strong understanding of OSHA guidelines and safety practices.
• Ability to input data and notes in English into software systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees maintenance team members.
• Performs maintenance tasks including unit turns and work orders.
• Collaborates with leasing staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Conducts monthly safety meetings and manages OSHA/SDS reporting.
• Schedules preventive maintenance and manages on-site budgets.
