As an on-site team member, you will collaborate with leasing and management, participate in safety meetings, and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed. A positive, service-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior experience in a maintenance role in property management.
• Must be able to supply own tools.
• Basic computer skills to input data in English into software.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Partners with leasing staff and managers for seamless communication.
• Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Inspects and coordinates make-ready repairs and services.
• Emergency on-call is required as part of the position.
