Job summary

Controlled Environments Company (CEC) is seeking an MRO Program Coordinator to lead on-site spare parts management at a client manufacturing site. You will oversee warehousing, shipping/receiving, inventory control, and process improvements to meet program objectives.

The role requires hands-on operations experience, client-facing responsibilities, and collaboration with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure material availability and efficient logistics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in warehouse/logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience in inventory control, material flow, shipping/receiving, and cycle counting.
• Experience with highly technical or critical spare parts is a plus.
• Proficient with ERP, WMS, CMMS software.
• Strong client engagement and escalation management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license; forklift experience is a plus.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations for the program.
• Oversee warehousing, shipping/receiving, production support, and inventory control.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts.
• Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and quality of work.
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement for material availability.
• Attend operational meetings to review KPIs and goals.
• Build relationships with customer contacts and act as escalation point.
• Support root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
