Job summary

CEC Companies is seeking a Field Logistics Coordinator to manage job-site logistics, deliveries, and inventory data entry. The role may oversee a team of up to 10 field logistics professionals and is a safety-sensitive position. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, coach onsite teams, develop relationships with suppliers, and lead continuous improvement across field operations.

Travel across the U.S. is required to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 8+ years of Warehouse, Supply Chain, or Logistics experience.
• Experience in construction or a related field.
• Willingness to travel 0–100% to various locations across the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a drug and background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective operations.
• Coach and train onsite logistics teams and promote best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Lead a small crew and set priorities across multiple operations.
• Lead and support Lean logistics processes and KPI reporting.
• Provide material handling support and assist with site logistics plans.
• Coordinate with off-site construction, warehousing, and suppliers to meet material and tooling needs.
• Support remobilization of crews and ensure safe, productive execution.
