Job summary

RS Integrated Supply in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Site Operations/Procurement Manager to oversee the MRO storeroom, optimize inventory levels, and analyze spend to deliver cost savings under the client contract.

This field-based role leads on-site staff, manages purchasing in SYNC, coordinates with vendors and corporate teams, and prepares regular KPI reports to ensure on-time delivery, safety, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years purchasing experience for MRO commodities.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience and ability to lead onsite team.
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility.
• Professional demeanor under stress.
• Experience with OEM vendors management.
• Proficiency in procurement or CMMS/EAM software.
• Experience in supply chain management, inventory control, receiving, and shipping.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and P&L oversight.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise MRO and storeroom operations on-site.
• Enforce safety rules and document incidents.
• Learn contract requirements and ensure compliance.
• Manage client relationships and resolve delivery issues.
• Handle purchasing cost-effectively and manage SYNC data.
• Coordinate with senior management on strategic plans.
• Collaborate on inventory levels and reduction programs.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and drive improvements.
• Communicate with billing and finance on invoicing.
• Develop knowledge of the customer's operations for program offerings.
