Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to utilize SAP systems for parts management.
• Detail oriented with the ability to learn and use processes quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with planners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manages ordering and scheduling of MRO supplies and essential spare parts.
• Performs daily MRP controlling duties and replenishment of safety stock.
• Expedites parts for breakdowns and handles emergency stock transfers.
• Ensures orders arrive in time for plant shutdowns and maintains inventory health.
• Supports refurbishment activities and SAP-based inventory management training.
• Reviews shortage reports and assists with cycle counting and write-offs.
