Job summary

RS Integrated Supply is seeking a Site Operations/Procurement Manager to oversee the MRO storeroom, optimize inventory levels, and drive cost savings in line with contract metrics. You will collaborate with corporate departments on procurement, systems integration, invoicing, and vendor payments, while leading a team to deliver excellent customer service and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years purchasing MRO commodities (electrical, filters, PVF, etc.).
• 3+ years supervising staff; able to onsite team leadership.
• Proficiency with procurement processes and MS Office tools (Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site MRO and storeroom operations including customer service, purchasing, receiving and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and document safety training and incidents as required.
• Learn and ensure understanding of client contracts and compliance for all staff.
• Manage client relationships and advise on business processes to exceed expectations.
• Execute cost-effective purchasing and maintain data integrity in SYNC and client systems.
