Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of financial institution experience required.
• One year of mortgage servicing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, and process all incoming mail and post mortgage/home equity payments per procedures.
• Research and resolve loan payment issues; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for routine mortgage servicing inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
• Answer phone calls and servicing requests within set service levels.
• Review and process servicing correspondence and documentation in a timely manner.
• Generate and update routine mortgage servicing reports.
• Provide guidance to branch staff on mortgage servicing and payment questions.
