Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of FNMA/FHLMC servicing or loan processing experience.
• Strong MS Excel reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal/external customers with servicing requests.
• Board funded loan files and monitor post-closing activities.
• Process mortgage payments and service records accurately.
• Perform escrow analysis and disburse funds as needed.
• Handle loan re-amortization, modifications, and payoff processing.
