Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of related financial experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Meridian Link is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the real estate lending process to deliver Blaze products and meet lending objectives.
• Interview loan applicants over the phone and prepare applications with disclosures within 3 business days.
• Inform members of Blaze loan products and discuss options; recommend appropriate products and terms.
• Obtain and verify information, analyse credit, and discuss rate/terms with the investor.
• Pre-qualify members on maximum loan amount qualifications.
• Advise applicants of underwriting decisions and counteroffers.
• Coordinate with Mortgage Loan Processor to advance loan status and answer questions.
• Identify opportunities to promote Blaze products and services to maintain an active pipeline.
