Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a Mobile Trailer Technician II to perform certified DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, light repairs, and related duties at customer sites in the Lynnwood, WA area. This is an on-site, field-based role working under senior technicians as needed.

You will diagnose and repair trailer systems, manage parts on a service truck, and ensure safety and compliance with DOT and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ related field experience (Trailers) or equivalent.
• ASE certifications preferred; DOT regulated pre-employment checks required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, DOT inspections, and repairs on trailers at customer sites.
• Document work and parts used in the Repair Orders via the TRAIT app on an iOS device.
• Diagnose, adjust and repair trailer systems–brakes, air lines, pumps, engines, lifts, and chassis.
