Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Indianapolis, IN seeks aMaintenance Mechanic to support operation, inspection, and maintenance of building systems and equipment on-site. You will assist mobile engineers and control technicians and perform defined tasks with reliability and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently or in a team; prior maintenance experience is preferred and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently or in a team.
• Completion of a technical training program is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and equipment through routine inspections and repairs.
• Assist operations team with maintenance and repair of building systems.
• Perform interior maintenance including HVAC/R coil cleaning and related tasks.
• Handle minor plumbing repairs and general maintenance as assigned.
• Be available for after-hours on-call emergencies.
