Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, with 1+ year of building maintenance experience and a willingness to learn safety procedures. On-call duties may apply.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Desirable completion of an applicable technical training program; 1+ year in general building repair/maintenance, basic plumbing and basic electrical.

Responsabilidades

• Assist operations in maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
• General interior maintenance including HVAC/R coil cleaning and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Minor plumbing repairs.
• Maintain lighting systems, bulbs and ballasts.
• Complete special tasks such as painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests.
• Be on call for after-hours emergencies.
• Document work performance and materials procurement as directed.
