Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R and related equipment.
• Operate, inspect, and maintain building systems to improve efficiency and uptime.
• Use CMMS to document work orders and update status.
• Be available for call-in work and respond to urgent maintenance tasks.
• Maintain records of past operating experiences for client occupancy.
