Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Engineer (MES) to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems across Port St. Lucie and West Palm Beach campuses. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety and minimizing downtime through proactive repairs.

The candidate will perform preventive maintenance, respond to emergencies, and document conditions with management. A valid driver's license and Universal CFC recovery certification are required, with 4+ years of

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Universal CFC recovery certification required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with HVAC, plumbing and electrical repair.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and climb up to 30 ft ladders.
• Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence for client occupancy and operations.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and prepare management reports with recommended actions.
• Learn building automation systems and fire/life safety equipment.
• Comply with safety procedures and maintain clean work areas.
