Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile HVAC Facilities Technician to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems across assigned sites in Allentown, PA. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety, and ensuring high equipment life through preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, operating BAS and life-safety systems, and maintaining compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or state equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of college or related trade schooling.
• Minimum of four years' experience in electrician trade or related field OR four years' experience in HVAC/refrigeration trade or related field.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs and perform frequent walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, stooping, and overhead work.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and installed systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and building interiors/exteriors.
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence, report on conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Operate building automation systems and fire/life safety systems.
