Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment repair.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems.
• Maintain, operate and repair all HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
• Update work orders and CMMS entries in real time.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and be available for on-call work.
