Job summary

Turner Industries in Pensacola, FL is hiring a Millwright Superintendent to lead on-site maintenance and construction activities, supervise trades, and ensure work aligns with design, schedule, and budget.

You will plan, coordinate, and direct field operations, interpret drawings, implement project procedures, enforce safety, mentor crew, and report to Site Manager or Project Manager.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of technical training and/or related experience.
• Travels nationally as required.
• Thorough knowledge of construction.
• Advanced knowledge of key crafts onsite (mechanical, planning, safety).
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and policy acceptance; compliance with safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise maintenance and construction activities on-site.
• Provide technical on-site management and interpret drawings for field teams.
• Develop and implement project procedures; ensure compliance with safety rules and company standards.
• Monitor productivity, material usage, and adherence to schedule and budget.
