The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial construction supervision and holds NCCER certifications, with strong math, communication, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in the industrial construction industry (petrochemical, power plant, cement plant) or related field; 10+ years supervisory experience in industrial construction.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to supervise large groups.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct craft activities and oversee General Foreman and others as assigned.
• Ensure operations and subcontractors meet specifications, schedules, and budgets; control costs and profitability.
• Lead safety initiatives and coordinate with QA/QC to satisfy quality requirements.
• Monitor project schedule and cost reports; track progress and reports.
• Coordinate and plan installation sequences; ensure resources and equipment are available.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and communicate risks and safety practices.
