Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of millwright experience with leadership roles.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems and precision alignment.
• Strong rigging, crane, and lifting procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate millwright crews on installation, maintenance, and relocation of equipment.
• Plan sequences, rigging, alignment, and mechanical assembly.
• Interpret blueprints and specs to ensure correct installation.
• Collaborate with managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to meet goals.
• Schedule labor, equipment, and materials to meet timelines.
• Oversee rigging operations, lifts, and crane coordination.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct site safety meetings.
• Identify and resolve installation issues in real time.
• Provide progress reports and maintain quality control.
