Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in application support for manufacturing execution systems (MOM, MES).
• Proficiency with Siemens Opcenter / Opcenter Execution, Ignition SCADA, and HMI systems.
• Experience providing L2/L3 production support in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Siemens Opcenter and other MES to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Administer Ignition SCADA and Ignition Gateway for optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with production teams to monitor OEE metrics and improve shop-floor data collection.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and propose actionable solutions.
