• Collaborate with production teams to implement and monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics and improve shop-floor data collection processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and provide actionable solutions to prevent future incidents.
• Support application integrations and interfaces, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
• Participate in the application deployment, upgrades, and patching processes, maintaining the integrity of our production environment.
• Provide 24x7 manufacturing production support, being proactive in monitoring applications and addressing potential issues before they affect operations.
• Utilize programming skills in Python, Java, or other scripting languages to enhance application functionality and automate processes.
• Document processes, procedures, and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference and team training.
