Decima International is seeking a driven MEP Construction Manager to oversee the MEP scope for hyperscale data center projects. You will act as the client’s representative from design review through installation, commissioning and turnover, on-site in Phoenix, AZ.

The role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with hands-on experience in data center power, cooling, and controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management on mission-critical or data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s MEP lead on-site overseeing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls from pre-construction through close-out.
